In 2021 the idea arose to make a gin based on Vasilios memory of his Grandpa Andreas. It didn't take long before we found the perfect distilling partner.

Bottle Distillery is located on De Caai in Eindhoven, in the old Campina milk factory. Milk used to be delivered in this building from 1961. In the beginning with horse and carriage, later with large tankers.

It took one year of tasting and refining before we came to the perfect gin-expression of my grandpa’s memory.
